Bring Acorn Cafe's specialty coffee and matcha to your event!For one price, the drinks are unlimited and your guests can enjoy as many as you'd like, worry-free.Steps to book:
1. Review our base packages and choose one that fits your needs. If you require something different, please let us know and we’ll happily accommodate!
2. Submit an inquiry form at least 2 weeks before your event.
3. We will reach out to you via your preferred communication method in response to your inquiry form.
4. Bookings include a curated selection of 4 drinks chosen from the menu for your event. You can also request custom drinks directly through the booking form. It’s ok if you don’t see the exact drink you’d like on the menu, we will try our best to make it happen for you!
5. Confirm booking and submit your deposit.
6. We will then ask you if you have design ideas in mind to create a personalized menu!

1. What types of events do you cater to?
You name it. We can be there! Examples include: weddings, bridal showers, board meetings, evening galas, golf tournaments, career fairs, corporate mixers, homeshows, open houses, promotional events and booths, grand openings, launch parties, Christmas parties, appreciation events, sporting events, conference “coffee breaks”, birthday parties, special celebrations, et cetera.2. What are the set up and venue requirements?
Our cart has its own water supply and sink, so no water requirements. If the event is over 5 hours long, we may require an outlet. The cart is guaranteed to fit all doors and elevators. We will arrive 90 minutes before service and set up the cart!3. How does pricing work?
We have base packages that you can choose from. or we can provide a customized quote for each event. We take into account details like guest count, location, menu options, event duration, and any special requests. No matter your budget, we’re happy to work with you to create the perfect coffee or matcha experience for your event.4. Why Acorn Café?

Hi! We are Jia and Adam, and we live in Edmonton, Alberta.As long time enthusiasts of coffee and matcha, we found ourselves making our own recipes at home. And after we witnessed the thriving cafe culture of Seoul together, we decided we wanted to bring that bright warm cafe feel and our favourite recipes to the city!We welcome any opportunities to connect with you and your guests.
